Women's Half-Day Retreat: May 4th
Join us for an afternoon as we seek to grow closer to the Lord! A Spirit
lead painting class, Inner Healing ministry time, soaking in His
presence, small group discussions and more will be available!

Volunteer Appreciation : May 5th
There are 30 plus volunteers who support the Sunday Gathering, and we want to celebrate the AWESOME volunteerism at the Mission. Join us in the lobby for a Donut Social from 10:15-11:00am, May 5th "We DONUT Know what We'd Do Without You!"
Baptism Sunday: May 19th
Save the date! We will be holding baptisms during both of our services, right in our sanctuary. If you feel baptism is the next step on you spiritual journey, you can find more information here.

Mission Kids Camp: June 25-27
We’re excited for you to join us this summer for our Mission Church Kids
Camp! Kids will be challenged as they discover that God’s truth never
changes, everyone needs Jesus, and learn to speak the truth in love.
Adventure awaits each day as kids explore tide pools, spot orcas, fly
kites, and watch the mighty waves crash up against the immovable Breaker
Rock!
Who: Kids age 5 thru entering 6th grade in the fall
Where: The Mission Church in Shelby Twp, Mich.
When: June 25-27 from 9:30am to 12pm each day with a family picnic 12pm-2pm on Thursday, June 27th
$30 per kid or $50 for 2+ siblings

Regularly-scheduled events
Gather in the word: Tuesdays 7:00pm-8:30pm
Come and worship Jesus through the reading of the Word! Read aloud, listen, soak, and be fed! Join us on Tuesday nights in the Prayer Room. All are welcome. There is no need to sign-up beforehand.
Prayer night: Wednesdays 6:30pm-8:30pm
We are a church that truly believes in the power of prayer. Join us each Wednesday evening in our Prayer Room as we pray for our community, our congregation, and each other. All are welcome and there is no need to sign-up. If you have an urgent prayer request, you can submit that here.
*Please note that during the all-church bible study, the prayer meeting is rescheduled for 6-7pm.
Mom's Meet-up: 2nd & 4th Wednesdays 9:30am-11:00am
This group is for moms and kiddos. The kids play while moms talk, do a devotional, and pray. Coffee & snacks are provided. Contact Jessica Gortat for more information: jessicagortat@gmail.com
Narcotics Anonymous: Fridays 8:00pm - 9:30pm
A 12-step meeting in the Elementary room. Parking is in the back of the building along with the door for entry. Look for the NA meeting signs!
